Wherever you’re starting from — strong, not-so-strong, or somewhere in between — our daily workouts with Zoe will help you feel confident lifting weights, improve your posture, and move forward with a programme that’s right for you.

Rest and nourishment

This is your invitation to slow down and re-nourish. Enjoy three delicious, beautifully prepared, locally sourced organic meals each day. Read, swim, soak up nature — and return to your life feeling stronger, supported, informed, and inspired. Start the summer with intention.

One-to-one support

Through a combination of one-to-one PT sessions with Zoe and a personalised nutrition consultation with Gill, you’ll take home a bespoke fitness plan alongside tailored diet and lifestyle recommendations — designed to help you reset, reconnect, and make fitness a sustainable part of your everyday life.

The French life

An opportunity to soak up the peaceful French countryside from our beautiful château. Explore a local vineyard on a lakeside and forest hike, taste the wine if you wish. Visit the nearby villages with brocantes for shopping, boulangeries for coffee and croissants for the authentic French experience. You also have optional treatments at the house — and, of course, spend lazy hours by the pool.

A typical day

We’ll start each day with movement, using different muscle groups and various workouts to suit every level. There will be plenty of time to rest, recharge and re-nourish. Laying the foundations for strength training, giving you the knowledge and confidence to invest in your health and fitness for the years ahead.

  • Start the day with a workout on the outdoor yoga decking. Coffee and snacks provided beforehand.

  • High protein post-workout brunch, delicious buffet style breakfast to fuel your body.

  • Plenty of free time to relax, treatments and consultations are all optional.

  • Light late healthy lunch enjoyed in the Château lawn

  • We'll compliment the strength training with low impact, restorative movement as the day closes.

  • 2 course high protein dinner & delicious low sugar dessert in the beautiful grounds of the Château.
