A qualified Personal Trainer for seven years, with decades of gym experience behind her, she specialises in working with women over 35 who are ready to ditch extreme dieting, support their hormones, and train with purpose.

Navigating perimenopause herself, she understands the shifts — and she’s here to prove midlife isn’t about slowing down… it’s about getting stronger.

This is for the women who are done shrinking and are now ready to take up space.

Not only will you have her as your coach for the week — you’ll leave with a tailored training plan to follow for a full month at home, so the momentum doesn’t stop when the retreat ends.

A Nutritional Therapist, 45 and a mum of two boys (5 & 8), working with women in midlife to explore how nutrition and lifestyle can support hormonal changes in a realistic, sustainable way.

It can be a long transition for many women, Gill works with you to navigate this time with more energy, ease, and clarity - so you can feel good in your body and confident in your next chapter.

During the retreat you’ll have a 1:1 consultation with Gill, followed by a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to take home — designed to compliment your training and support you well beyond the retreat.

Gill is a BANT registered London based Nutritionist.
